Airfoil: Any audio, everywhere
Rogue Amoeba make a range of super-powered audio utilities that improve the macOS audio experience for both listeners and creators. Two that I use almost every day are SoundSource, which gives me control over volume and output devices on a per-application basis, and Airfoil, which can control and group output devices in a unified interface (which I prefer to fiddling with the limited control built in to macOS). Airfoil also includes a Satellite app which can control audio from a separate device. For example. if I’m in the office and have music playing from my computer to a Bluetooth speaker, and I happen to be working in the storage shelves when I want to skip a song, I can do so from my phone (if I remembered to carry my phone with me). ...
